Similarly, some of the kitchens are still of the walk-in variety while others have been completely opened up to the adjoining living spaces. Regardless of stylistic differences, this has long been one of the top luxury buildings in the area and the condos are typically very well maintained and usually improved as well. One thing that hasn’t changed is the signature terraces which are accessed from true floor to ceiling glass sliders. These wraparound balconies are quite long, with some facing the street and others overlooking the courtyard.
