Each of the developments was delivered around 1980, featuring luxury amenities such as swimming pools, and within strolling distance of area restaurants. 4200 Cathedral was built in 1957, and Embassy Park is a townhome community delivered in 1982, with 90 multilevel residences. The Cathedral Avenue cooperative is just on the other side of Glover Archbold Park.
