Signet is home to 123 luxury residential units as well as 5,000 square feet of street level restaurant and retail space. Condos come in one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. While there are a few smaller apartments measuring about 731 square feet, the majority of one-bedroom floorplans are substantially larger. More typically speaking, sizes range from around 1,250 to 2,450 square feet with some upper level penthouses as large as 2,800 square feet. The community is located on Fleetwood Road, close to the corner of Old Dominion Drive and Dolly Madison Boulevard.

Lovely oak hardwood floors are complemented by oversized multipaned windows, crown molding, and tall built-ins. There’s a nice melding of open space living areas and classic organic layouts, resulting in a homey yet modern feel.
Marble foyers segue into galleries and living areas, and most units have combined open living, dining, and cooking areas with pillars or partial walls that allow just a touch of separation from one space to the next. The gourmet kitchens usually feature white quartz counters, white cabinetry, Thermador and other top-tier stainless steel appliances, and waterfall islands for both food prep and dining, with hanging pendants lights for extra illumination. Most units have private terraces and many also have dens. The bathrooms are nicely matched to the kitchens, with white quartz-topped vanities and large frameless showers.

There is also a pet spa, and secure parking. Signet is steps from shopping and restaurants in the downtown area yet is also close to major roadways for commuter convenience. There are nearby parks and recreation, and the McLean Metro and the Capital Beltway are each about two miles away. Tysons Galleria is a little over two miles to the west.
