Planning Commission to build the Fedora condos. A placard at the lobby entrance commemorates the legacy of the Pitts Motor Hotel.

The redevelopment was completed in 2006, with construction by Bozutto Homes. Residents at the Fedora enjoy a nice array of amenities, with secure garage parking, a marble lobby with staffed desk and concierge service, a club room, a rooftop deck with wooden flooring and cityscape views, and a lovely garden courtyard with lounging areas, grassy lawns, and grills. This is a very walkable neighborhood, and less than a block from Meridian Hill Park with its unique cascading water terraces and Sunday morning drum circles.
