The townhouses have 2,083 to 2,202 square feet of space over four levels, with three bedrooms, a den, and three baths, while the rowhouse residences range from 2,200 to 3,550 square feet of space respectively with either three or four bedrooms, and 3.5 or 4.5 baths. The finishings are top-notch throughout all the various models, with white oak floors, white quartz counters, and Bosch, Thermador, and Waterworks appliance and fixture packages. Penthouses inside the school building boast 30-foot high living spaces and private rooftop terraces.
