There are only seven condos on each of the five residential levels at Mark on M and nearly each has its own distinctive configuration. These are all one-bedroom units, but they come in different sizes from around 550 to nearly 900 square feet of living space. Some also have additional living spaces such as dens or enclosed sunrooms that can serve other purposes. The building was completed in 1989 and was part of a concerted development boom that began in the 1970s. These units have a variety of finishes and flooring, including different types of wood and tile. Sliding doors, wall treatments, exposed overhead pipes in some bedrooms, and interesting room shapes are a few other features that you may or may not find—just more examples of the variety of floorplans that were created in order to make this building stand out.
Mark on M may be part of a 10-story building, but the condominium component is definitely of the boutique variety.
