Jefferson Row Condominiums
Located at 1830 Jefferson Place NW, Washington, DC 20036 | Dupont Circle
Ideally situated in the heart of Dupont Circle is Jefferson Place, a residential community that perfectly embodies both the history of the neighborhood, and the desire for modern amenities. Wilco Residential teamed with McCullough Construction to renovate four antique rowhouses dating back to the 1890s, adding an additional structure to the rear. The effort resulted in 23 condominium residences in both townhouse and apartment styles.
The original side-by-side buildings from 1824 to 1834 Jefferson Place retain their striking neoclassical masonry facades with projecting bays and ornate detailing along the rooflines. The complex project involved marrying these antique treasures to a rear steel-framed structure with a deep foundation, with all renovations in accordance with the Historic Preservation Review Board. There are both single and two-level residences, with floorplans ranging from one to two bedrooms, and from around 700 to 1,950 square feet of interior living space.
