Dylan Condominiums
Located at 701 Swann Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22301 | Potomac Yard
One of the most anticipated new condominiums in Alexandria was completed in 2022. Dylan with its twin East and West six-story buildings is located at Potomac Yard, a sprawling mixed-use community at the edge of the Potomac River. The site was once one of the nation’s busiest railyards and went through a lengthy redevelopment that resulted in upscale residences, shops, restaurants, and the new Potomac Yard Metro station.
The red, white, and gray buildings have a modern, cubist style, and contain a total of 138 luxury condo units. Floor plans are quite varied, from one to three bedrooms and most with bonus dens that also serve nicely as work-from-home offices, or as sleeping quarters for guests. Open gourmet kitchens feature white Calcutta quartz counters, custom Porcelanosa cabinetry, and panelized Bosch appliances. Select kitchens also include refrigerated wine storage. Oversized windows, hardwood floors, spacious primary suites, and gorgeous spa-style baths are also on the menu, with many residences offering private balconies as well.
