City Vista is one of Washington, DC’s largest condominium communities, with approximately 441 residences spread across multiple buildings. The sprawling mixed-use complex in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood includes street level mall amenities such as restaurants, a grocery store, and fitness center, along with two condo towers, the K and the L, named for their respective street addresses.
