Church Place Condominiums

Located at 1520 16th Street NW, Washington, DC 20036 | Dupont Circle

Considering that almost all of Dupont Circle is a historic district, contemporary-style condominium buildings are not that plentiful. Church Place is an exception, however. With a combination of traditional taupe brick and modernist steel and glass bays, the property was redeveloped in 1998 and is home to 32 nicely designed one and two-bedroom condo residences across eight stories.

Named for its location, Church Place is at the corner of 16th and Church Street and sits directly across from the historic Foundry United Methodist Church. This portion of Church Street ends at the alley behind the Church Place condominium and abuts Stead Park. Underground parking for the building is accessible via the brick alley. This is a terrific area to live in, close to shops and restaurants, and also close to the next-door Logan Circle neighborhood.
