Most of the condos have private balconies with glass parapets. The bathrooms are minimalist and chic with gray slate tiling, frameless showers, and white quartz topped twin-sink vanities. The two penthouses measure out at 1,781 and 2,010 square feet respectively, with each having two levels, two bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. One penthouse has a private roof terrace, while the larger has a bonus den and two roof terraces.

Aperture at 923 V Street has a handsome and secure front lobby, a package room, bike storage, and garage parking that is accessible via the rear alley. The building is next door to fun local bars like American Ice Company, and Wet Dog Tavern, and around the corner from the U Street Corridor’s new Whole Foods. Also nearby is the 9:30 Club, Ambassador Restaurant, Izakaya Seki, U Street Music Hall, the historic Howard Theatre, and so many other attractions.
