Condo residences at the Alta at Thomas Circle come in a wide variety of layouts, from studios to two bedrooms, including a handful of two-level loft penthouses at the top. Sizes range from a tidy and efficient 443 square foot floorplan, to a spacious 1,200 square feet of living space. One thing the condos all have in common is industrial chic finishes with exposed overhead ductwork, giant windows, and concrete ceilings. There were varying flooring options upon the building’s completion including bamboo hardwood, polished concrete, and Porcelanosa tile. Some units also have exposed concrete block walls. The open space living, dining, and cooking areas, along with high ceilings, add to the feeling of spatial depth. The gourmet kitchens have stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and either birch or maple cabinetry. Bathrooms are equally stylish, and washers and dryers are included.

Residents at the Alta enjoy a two-story staffed lobby with concierge service, free internet, a very modern community room with wood walls, fireplace and kitchen, and the rooftop Sky Lounge with its amazing panoramic views. The underground parking garage is a nice luxury in a city where parking can sometimes be a challenge, and there is also a bike room. The location is also worth noting, in the southern part of Logan Circle and overlooking Thomas Circle itself. The Downtown DC area lies just to the south, and the Mount Vernon Square Metro Station is four blocks away. There is an incredible assortment of bars, bakeries, and restaurants in the immediate area, including Supra, Baker’s Daughter, Sette Osteria, the Crown & Crow, Via Sophia, and Logan Tavern.
