Andre Perez

As founder of District Partners, Andre Perez specializes in luxury properties in Washington, D.C. Metro. His 24-plus years’ experience in real estate and affiliated financial services has helped position him as one of the region’s top influencers. Perez began his career as a Top Producer at RE/MAX Horizons and RE/MAX Allegiance in Washington Metro. He subsequently worked for Saab Financial, followed by Pinnacle Financial where he was Vice-President of Emerging Markets with over $144 million in annual sales. In 2009, Perez founded District One Properties, a modern real estate boutique based in Alexandria. Today, his company is known as District Partners: a next-generational platform offering comprehensive representation for a premier portfolio of clients.
